Welcome Home Chris!!! When we arrived to the hospital this morning, Dr. Berryman was with him, making a visit before Chris left. We also saw Dr. Wilson as we were leaving. She is the Medical Director of the Rehab Center, the one who made so much of this happen. This trip home was good. He walked into the house, using his cane. He has been comfortably resting in his recliner ever since!
He will start in home therapy on Monday and will go for labwork Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We may be able to arrange this in Arlington, to save the long trips. His next chemo will be March 28th at Baylor. Thanks for the continued prayers for Chris and his complete healing. We are so happy to be home. I think we’re all just gonna crash for the whole Spring Break!
